HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
- First choose an offer from the hundreds of packages, flights, facilities, theme trips on the site.
- Carefully read all the details, specifications, prices, periods of validity.
- Forward the request for information. It 'very simple and easy: it is sufficient to properly fill out the form in each card-offer. And you will receive additional information concerning the offer itself and proceed to your reservation. Note: All information requests are in no way binding. The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please note however that not all requests are handled by a computer but by a person in flesh and blood who will occupy his time trying to bring you the best solution to match your needs with the best quality / price ratio on the market.
HOW TO BOOK
- After submitting a request for information, you will be contacted by email or phone according to the reported preferences, to customize a quote on your specific needs and to make the actual reservation. You will then be sent via email the details of the offer as agreed with the Promoter and the method of payment.
- Upon receipt of the balance you will receive your travel documents that are sent by email or first class mail, usually the Tuesday before departure. For last-minute offers travel documents are sent from a maximum of 3 days to a mimic of 1 day before departure.
