Vinodol
Vinodol is a picturesque seaside town with a rich tradition in tourism. The first public beach wood Vinodol was built back in 1878. Vinodol, often referred to simply Novi, once famous for its public beaches, the real prize was awarded by the excellent state of its beaches, and thanks to its pleasant climate and its adequate hotel accommodation as early as 1906 he obtained the status Journal of climate and sea resorts. Even today this tradition of quality is faithfully maintained by modern Vinodol, which is proposed as an important center of summer tourism in the Gulf of Kvarner, with a wide choice of hotels, campsites, and numerous places for catering establishments, close to the sea, with beautiful beaches, well maintained and easily accessible. Complete a variety of sports facilities, indoor and outdoor pools with sea water and under the wealth of cultural events and is remarkable as Vinodol has become an international center for Summer Carnival held in August, an event that draws many tourists from Croatia and neighboring European countries.
Vinodol can be reached easily from Italy. It is located in the Kvarner Bay and not far from Rijeka (Rijeka). From Trieste you can avoid driving along the E61 Istria in Slovenia and then Croatia entering the crossing Sapjane. Follow the A7 direction autosrada River and beyond to the terminus of Bakar. From here continue along the No. 8 for Crikvenica after which you get in a few minutes Vinodol.
